As a romance novel collector (300+, god save me), the double stacking with the cardboard is a fantastic idea- I'm constantly fretting over how best to utilize bookshelf space with them, since they're so short and squat it feels almost wasteful to stack only one line on each shelf, and they go so far back into it, too... Will have to find a good cardboard setter to try this!

I love the Barnes and noble leather bound editions too!! Who cares if they’re not authentic leather? They’re gorgeous! Plus, not for nothing, but they’re your books and it’s your library so you can choose which books you want and which ones you don’t. I can only imagine how long it took you to get your library all set up!! So many books! Lol

The world will always look to find something wrong with everyone. It’s hard to live a part from the world and society, but as a Christian, I find so much peace knowing that God loves me for who I am and that even when He judges, He loves so hard!!! Of course, that’s easier said than done lol, but it’s nice to have those reminders once in a while :)

I don't understand why people would give you a hard time about the B&N books. They're beautiful. Plus they're pretty much the only big bookstore still around, at least where I'm from. Sure, it's good to support indie shops also, but I think supporting ALL bookstores is important, especially since where I'm from, there aren't really any indie options. Booktubers so commonly obsess over Book Depository (and I do like them for foreign editions) but I personally prefer supporting brick and mortar stores whenever possible. Also, I just want to say that your library is life goals.

@@LibraryMacabre Look into Maberrys' Joe Ledger series. Good science based horror, everything from zombies to genetic manipulation, even to aliens and Cthulhu. Also, check out the Monster Hunter International series by Larry Correia. Vampires, werewolves, elves, dwarves, and Old Ones. Excellent books all.

Your library is amazing; I hope to have something similar when I move as I'm hoping to move into a new place and I will have a spare room which I plan to turn into a mixed media library; films, TV shows, video games, and books. Though my music library will be kept separate. I have around 400 physical video games, about 400 films/TV box sets on DVD or blu-ray, and approaching 100 books (and that's steadily rising). If I can get my library set up over the next few months, I'll have to do a tour much like this one.

Make to check out your local library book sale, in my city it's every Thursday and the first Saturday of the month.. If your city doesn't have a library book sale suggest one.. My local library has a pretty decent collection of hardy books I collect 95% non fiction about the experience of Black ppl in America and a focus on African American Picture books

Since you like Star Wars, I would like to recommend a book: Star Wars: Thrawn. It tells the origin of fan favorite blue skinned Grand Admiral for the Disney Cannon and even ties into Star Wars Rebels the cartoon. It's one of three books so far, but I think there is supposed to be at least five. Oh and course the book is written by Thrawn creator Timothy Zahn, so that is a huge plus.

I love Scooby Doo he's my favorite crime fighting cartoon dog I own the whole complete series of Scooby Doo on DVD twice the first one is getting a little bit of a lag so I re bought it so worth it I use to watch the goosebumps TV show as a kid but my favorite books other then Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys is the Wishbone books and I love the TV show also

Maybe half? I'm not too sure. I use my public library a lot for books I'm curious to read but don't need to buy, so it's hard to estimate how many of my own books I've read. I'd like to read them all though! Lol!
