Bookshelf upcycle: Transforming a set of IKEA Billy bookcases

There’s no mistaking the shiny white look of a mass produced bookcase, but what if you’re after something a little more bespoke looking? I decided to transform our IKEA bookcases with paint and wallpaper. The finished look is anything but ordinary!

Love the idea with the wallpaper. And the hardware and the color. The only thing i would do different is that i would paint the bottom trim green also. That would look better then leaving it white.
