I've still yet to read a Taylor Jenkins Reid. I'm gonna thrift some online, I just don't know which ones to get. I think Daisy Jones And The Six, and Carrie Soto Is Back are most intriguing to me 🤔
@tiachu6 ай бұрын
Those are my fav TJR books actually!!! Daisy Jones & the Six is a favorite of mine in general. I hope you enjoy them : )
@dianaisme6 ай бұрын
@@tiachu I keep hearing that those are the "best" ones and I kind of waited around to hear from others on it. My library only has 1 TJR book and it's not one I want to read. At some point I'll find them cheap or borrow audio/ebook from my library. But I'm overall more of a physical copy reader, so I'm holding out to find them cheap 😂

As someone that read TBDATE. It was the first book I ever read. Honestly, it was an okay book to read for my first ever book to get me into reading. The Angst was great. But it wasn't super mind-blowing. Hopefully, this helps Tia!

WOOO HOOO to books that we hold a special place in our hearts for bc it was a book that got us into reading!! I love that for you :') very helpful, ty for sharing your experience w it

@tiachu personally, I gave it 3.75! Almost 4 stars! They Both Die At The End. I think of the book daily. It just had some pros and cons! What book doesn't? In my pov it was a okay book! I liked how everything was connected in some way. It was neat to say the least! To be honest, I'm not really sure how to give someone a good review that would make them want to read a book. So, I'm sorry if this didn't help much!

Lol it was the same for me with Sarah Dessen. Probably shouldn't have been reading her books at the time. Funny I checked her books out at my middle school library. Why would they have her books in middle school? Lol 😅 Red, white, and royal blue was so good but i haven't watch the movie either but I have seen little clips on KZbin shorts and it looks cute. Ooh adult assembly requires, sounds so cute. Going to add that to my wishlist and tbr!

1. American Royals is legit, though. The last book in the series just came out and I'm biting at the bit to get to the bookstore and pick it up. (Which is still faster than ordering online and waiting for shipping, lol.) 2. I also read Tokyo Ever After and I wondered if it's worth picking up the 2nd book. I'm guessing it's not worth it? 3. Brent Spiner wrote a book?!? (Spiner plays Data in Star Trek. He's awesome. I also am guilty of writing Star Trek fanfiction back in the day. Very embarrassing.) 4. I looked up the blurb for Patricia Wants to Cuddle because the cover was so weird and the title is so weird. It looks like it might be up your alley. I'd also like to be a lesbian who hides in the woods. Too bad I have to go to work, and can't do that.

1) I’ll look into it!!! 2) nah tbh, they’re both pretty forgetful! It wasn’t awful but literally couldn’t tell you a thing about the book - which does tell you something HAHA 3) AHAHAHA I LOOVEEE THAT no fanfic writers deserve the world, feeding us for FREE 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 4) the cover was so weird I didn’t even pick it up but I wish I did now and LMFAAOOO. Oh to be a forst living workless lesbian 😔😩❤️🩹

The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane by Lisa See. Was a good book I think you would like it. It about A power story about two women separated by circumstance, culture, and distance-and the enduring connection between mothers and daughters.
