Boom Beach HQ26 Another Update?! More Bunker Gameplay and Hacks!

Interesting thing I found - using DrT as my hero. The defender had a Cryoneer in his bunker - after I had killed it, I used the DrT ‘resurrect’ ability, and I got the other guys Cryoneer as one of the resurrected purple troops! (I didn’t have any Cryoneers loaded so it definitely wasn’t mine)

I spent a free $100 iTunes card to buy the special offers in the shop and I had enough resources to start my HQ 26 upgrade and used a Building Blueprint to finish it. I then focused on what I consider Key Upgrades: Special Offer 10M; Armory: Blueprint; Gunboat: Blueprint; S.O.10; Bunker: Time Savers; Bunker: Time Savers; Weapon Lab: Blueprint; Bunker: Time Savers; (if you REALLY want the Bunkers to actually be effective, fully upgrade them first); while I understand that it’s nice to have extra troops in battle, honestly, the extra troops on your base will help in ways that seem minor at a glance, but in the long-run, benefit you and your Task Force. Next up in upgrades: first: Gunboat Offenses: Barrage, Mortar: Attack Plan; Your Most-Used Hero: Attack Plan; if you don’t have enough Gold for upgrades and you heavily use Tribal Boosts, buy Raw Crystals; Gold Offer; Upgrade your most used troop: Attack Plan; if Gold is 10 Million below max storage: Gold Offer; second most used troop: Attack Plan; Crystals; Gold Safe (assuming you are buying the offers); don’t be afraid to spam Time Savers. I did this with my account and I am already level 77. I realize that many players have tons of resources, so, my strategy is for those who don’t have as many resources.

Don’t know if it’s a bug but some chests gives you the option to get a second reward by watching sponsor videos and others don’t. And it varies if it’s the daily chest that let you do the sponsor video or the archipiélago chests.

Another great vid, Zmot! So helpful especially during this big update 😊 I did have an odd thing yesterday. The small chest on the left side of the beach… I claimed it, it disappeared but got no reward from it. What was it supposed to do?

Everspark hack would be correct because you can hack a sniper tower so in theory the two would be the same hack concept. I thought of something of a possible new troop, a base ground's keeper he's function would be to camouflage the base thus causing the black guards intelligence to think it's not a military base. The only drawback is his camouflage looks some cheap dollar store items. If you do buy the boom passes he would have some better skins one's not featured on the battle pass, maybe at a little cost. Do tell me what you think.

Quick question re boom pass … I have completed all missions but there are still 18 reward chests that are locked. Do you know what I have to do to unlock these? TIA

The chests at the end are there so that if you diamond ahead you don't run out of rewards. Boom Pass season 1 I had nothing left with 26 days remaining. If you don't use diamonds they're not all accessible though I don't think. Missions only get you so far.

thanks for the info! i came across a weird bug where someone attacked my base (using all mechs) and kavan's second wind brought back cryoneers! presumably some confusion with the game code bringing back the troops from my bunker, only with altered allegiance this time!

VP is only a reflection of how active you are. I play 8ish accounts and clear map on none of them.

After updating, I noticed that all my friends on my friends list had disappeared. Now I can only see myself in the "Friends" section of the leaderboard. I'm not sure if this is a bug because I can see my friends before the update.

when he goes over the core you had him in the wrong starting spot. it's easily avoided once you know where he needs to be for that next flare :)

usually use tanks for crab but thinking about grens this time lol . Gren tribe speed boost + crab speed boost + speed serum = broken But my grens are only level 5 and not sure if level 20 and above rockets are going to cream them

I’m experiencing a bug that I think is resetting my residences. Every time I reload the game, while my other production buildings are working fine, my residences give just little bits of gold like if they had just started producing gold, I thought that maybe it was the bunkers but even with gold reduction I should still be making a good amount

it's up to task force officers and higher to deal with people not participating. There's all sorts of ways to help. Attacking, notes, intel, chatting, etc. Just attacking is a small piece.
