@@indieemil oh wow! Thats awesome. Yeah I really enjoyed it! The atmosphere is amazing! I think the main thing that would be really handy is some sort of damage indicator option so you know where you’re being hit from. But even without it is still perfectly playable and a fair challenge. I had a blast with it 🎃

The only retro throwback style of game that I don’t get sick of, unlike 2D platformers. You can do so much with this format. Great great great subgenre

@@oliverbrady6342 that was Brutal Wolfenstein 3D. It’s a Doom mod that is well worth trying. I played on gzdoom on my Mac. You can find it on the moddb website 👌👌

If you've never played Blade of Agony, you should check it out, it's stuffed to the gills with stolen graphics and music, and it's as if an unreleased Wolfenstein game from the past fell through a wormhole into our reality. Damn fun, too.

Whenever I try to play The Citadel on my steam deck, it tends to have bad performance. What’s your recommended settings? Also I gotta say that this video is not for me as I own a all but Reverend (although refunded due to really bad screen tearing, but as I’m writing this I realized that might’ve been my fault as I always have screen tearing on to reduce input lag and never factor that in as it hasn’t impacted my experience in other games) and Gravelord (as this one hasn’t released yet).

Don't forget the soap in dusk, possibly the most OP weapon in all of gaming. Dusk is one of the few games that I have 100% of STEAM achievements for. I recommend Carnal, Chop goblins, extraneum...i dont know if Cultic can be considerer to a Boomer shooter but anyway is a good shooter game.

I also played Doom 64, Blood, Hellbound, Wrath: Eon of Ruin, Dread Templar, Hrot, Postal Brain Damaged, Nightmare Reaper, Zortch and Incision. And Quake, which I didn't play back in the day And also Strafe, I guess, but I really hated it. Forgive me Father pissed me off with the fish boss, and I got bored of Boltgun. And I didn't enjoy Ultrakill. I forgot to mention Ashes, a Doom total conversion, which I enjoyed for a while but lost interest when I couldn't work out where to go.
