Yeah it can seem like that sometimes! Both Strength & Agi have great builds but yeah since Str converts into Pure Attack power it seems to be the go to for a lot of melee builds!

I had a titan’s grip dragon warrior build that was a lot of fun, but that was before I started make KZbin videos. And unfortunately I had already rerolled that spec. But I will definitely have to get another warrior build going!

Yes, I know of one however I haven't gotten around to trying it out yet. Definitely on the list.

Guess YT won't let me link to my build... I would suggest dropping crusader strike and divine storm and going with a simple rotation of judgment, hammer of the righteous, exorcism (even when art of war hasn't procced), hammer of wrath. Get Holy Nova and the Pious Strikes RE and add 2 hasty judgment RE's so your rotation is down to a smooth 5s. I only use holy wrath in AOE situations. I would also recommend getting rockbiter instead of flametongue and only put it on your offhand weapon. I run a SP mainhand with a regular offhand and pally gear, but some of my guildies run pure strength and get comparable results.

So I’m using a big ol honkin’ 2 handed mace with a lot of intellect and a decent amount of strength on it. It also has something like 58 spell power on it. I got it from AQ 40. I’m forgetting the name right now but I’ll get back to ya when I can check.

@@ShikariDill Hammer of the righteous is a 1h ability. Even in the video you didn't seem to use this. I was going to try this with 2x1h, that is why I was asking

@@chriso2553 You're right, I never found hammer of the Righteous through rolls. However I was told you were able to use that ability with a 2 handed weapon but the scaling was a bit worse. Could be wrong. I would figure as long as you get two 1 handers with spell power it should work just as fine.

Are there any builds that are complex to play but not very hard to put together and are decently strong? I like complex classes/specs in games like legion shadowpriest, hybrid healing builds in games like gw2, modern charged mists revenant in gw2, gw1 prot monk healer, ffxiv heavensward scholar, new demonology warlock in retail, some versions of feral druid, ffxiv heavensward dark knight, current samurai in ffxiv, etc(dunno what games youve played so just trying to give examples)... Would appreciate any suggestions. Can be tank, healer, or dps, I dont care.

I would take a look at Forbidden Technique! It's not suuper complex but there's a lot more to it than other builds thats for sure. It's a Rogue/Hunter Hybrid build that has you teleporting to the target and back.

I am running an incredibly similar build, except i use a 1H and a Shield. I have Avenger's Shield (talented for silence) and Shield Bash. It might not be optimized, but nothing is more fun than tossing an avenger's shield on a healer, then charging in on them and locking them down. Do you think I am crippling my PVP damage too much by running with a shield? Keep up the good work.

Sorry just read the last part of your comment. No, I don't think you are crippling your build at all with a shield. In fact the damage is negligible at best with an offhand weapon. So rock that shield!

@@ShikariDill dude, if you think normal pally is cool, you should check out Champion of Justice. It's my current favorite build, and I can keep pace with the dps while doing 3k hps. In team fights in battlegrounds, you will singlehandedly keep your team going if you can keep swinging.

Well MY damage in particular isn't that great mostly because I suck :P HOWEVER I can confirm that variations of this build that other people can absolutely do really great dps. Somewhere in the realm of like 8 or 9k dps. Maybe that isn't great these days, who knows I can never keep up with how high dps can be on Ascension lol

for PvE, you should try Imp, because of Demonic Knowledge giving you extra 5% spell power based off your imps intellect

Yeah demonic knowledge really does provide a lot of extra spell power! Would be hard to find the talent points to find for it but probably worth it. When doing me 100% uptime meta build I ended up using demonic knowledge as it increased my spell power by a TON.

this was when I was grinding out my first set a few weeks ago! A lot of clips you see is with unoptimized/not BiS gear. So yes, when you have crap gear hitting a max of 4 to 5k Dps is pretty crazy!
