Plans called for a day of chasing Chinese JS 2-8-2 8419 again, but when we got there we saw NW2 1003 was on the point, thus scrapping most of the day. We later found that the season debut of 8419 was pushed back a couple weeks due to new paint and details concerning the FRA.
