The Greyhounds in the video are dogs that just arrived for adoption and have to wear one on the walks until adopted or greys that have really strong prey drive. Generally they are all muzzle free.

I'm an Aussie too and we kept a muzzle on our boy after adoption just until we were sure he was ok without one, I think it's better to be safe.
