I don't think they do, but if you were able to find a used set of power running boards you might be able to make the brackets work in your favor with these boards.

Don’t understand why they would even be in amber lighting they should just come white in my opinion. I’m on the fence about buying them

Amber for turn signals. You can get them in a bunch of options, get the switchbacks if you want white running lights and amber turn signals. Or you can wire them in so they're just white all the time using the rock light pigtail.

Do they turn off when you're driving?

You can wire them to do so. Mine are currently wired to be on while driving at night, but they're off during the day.
