With the boosting lobby, the only people who can prove that the "boostees" were guilty are Valve, who will have access to any data or evidence that will show that they forced an uncompetitive lobby to be made. You definitely made the right decision. I would hate to end up in a lobby against 5 afks and think "oh this'll be a fun shooting gallery then this match will probably get erased" then find that I've been banned for boosting next week.

@@SilentlyMysterius1 It's a boosted lobby, basically if you look closely at the silhouettes at one point you can see them all jump at once, that is basically a coding so that they don't get kicked for being afk, also the guy should be reported for grieving because you are queued for these boosted lobbies only, they are set up

You can because it was a boosted server, at one point you can see the silhouettes of the enemy team jump this is a coding implemented so that they can not get kicked. All of the people that were killing them are involved and deserve a grief ban because these are set up so that any outsiders can't join in

These lobbies are set up so that the people involved are the only ones that can join the set up lobby, and if it isn't a full queue then the people that did set it up will have bots on their team s well doing the same thing as the bots on the enemy team

There is also derank lobbies that do this exact thing, all they do is get a five stack and queue. No setup to force any specific match. Just trying to derank. This could have been a lobby like that as well. No way to be certain if this was boosting service or the opponents were deranking and the suspect just happened to queue against them. Derankers usually lack morals as well and throw out random reports which would make it more likely that it gets to overwatch. Speaking from experience in the derank lobby side of this coin. Might have changed since I used to do it a year ago but most likely not. Most jumped once, had some spin script active or stood afk for 3-5 rounds then rushed once and then back to afk. With the possibility that this was just a derank lobby, there is no way to say that this was boosting without a reasonable doubt.

Anyone who says to report the last guy for griefing has to be brain-dead. Either that, or they have no experience playing CSGO. In my 2,000+ hours in CSGO, I've been put into a match against a 5-queue of derankers at least 20 times. Not one of those times have I been "in on it" or had a reason to be punished by Valve. People are so trigger happy to punish anyone for doing something they don't personally like.

Tucker, the reason people with aimbot prefer scout over awp is the simple fact, that scout reloads quicker ontop of allowing better movement. Also it has reduced inaccuracy during movement which makes aimbot more reliable while moving/running/jumping.

That last game was likely some derankers and the suspect was just lucky/unlucky player meeting them. The suspect was automatically placed in overwatch because of his high kill-death ratio (which is a way to prevent vertigo boosting). I don't think there is a way to guarantee a team to cue up with their alts on such popular map like dust 2.

They should add a 5th option called "boosting" where you can select which team was boosting regardless of who you got as suspect. This way you could report a team even if you got someone from the boosted side.

Just to tell you Jericho, when they use spinbot, their view angles are viewing normally but anyone spectating or looking at them are looking at the ground. It's to help avoid aimbots from targeting and hitting your head hitbox. Also its not actually called a spinbot, it's an antiaim.

Usually you can tell if you have a boosting service or a deranking emeny team because in boosting services the suspect's team also has afks and the suspect plus one or two teammates take turns killing the enemies. When all the team just rushes the spawn randomly killing it is usually just a deranking team.

There’s websites and steam groups that derank on purpose in MM, no way to prevent getting into a lobby with them and the other team have no way of knowing unless they are told that they are deranking. Not the other teams fault for getting into their games

As for the last game, you could have known whether to report the suspect or not based on what they did round 1. If they immediately rushed the spawn, then it was intentional. If they tried to play legit first round, who knows.

It's like when I play wingman with a buddy, at this point the enemy can flash me at the start and I will still walk perfectly up the stairs to where I want to be while fully flashed. I only got into one of these boosting games once. I didn't even get what was happening but since one of my teammates confidently rushed mid and then t spawn it slowly came to my mind what was wrong. If you noticed, all the rounds he was dropping flashes to flash his teammates so he could get all the kills and therefore all the points and more elo. The rest of his team just gave up as well and sat in spawn, so he wasn't queued with them and thus the game was a forced boosting lobby most likely.

For those boosting lobbies, It's most likely that two players on that CT team were getting boosted and the other three got thrown in. This is usually done in non-prime to get to prime with cheats. The Suspect probs got reported from the two players who payed for the boosting and were mad that he got all the kills and all the levels.

The real solution to something like the last game would be valve allowing you to see who is queued together in overwatches. Someone queued with a hacker? Now we know that they queued together. In situations like the last game, we would be able to see if the suspect was queued with everyone and if he was, easily a boosting lobby and bans get issued.

The last case wasn't a boosting lobby, it was a deranking lobby. The player on the ct/suspects side were normal players while the enemies tried to derank. It's a huge difference and other than boosting lobbies where only one player from 10 player is not afk and killing the enemies those aren't griefing. And even when he went afk himself while every enemy was afk it wouldn't be griefing.

Valve needs to update Overwatch to be able to report other players within Overwatch, but force camera on the Suspect to keep him as main focus. That way, if someone on the other team is blatantly hacking or deranking, OW reporters can report them as well.

The boosting game is coming from valve net, if you have crazy stats in a game you will end up in overwatch. Valve said it's up to you if you click greefing or not. But I would ways pick griefing tbh.

I agree, there’s no way to prove that the suspecf paid for this boost. And what are their options if they didn’t pay for the noost but were just queued into it: 1) Leave and get punished with a cool down and damage to your trust factor, 2) go afk and get reported for griefing and damage to your trust factor, 3) stay/kill the other team and get reported for griefing and get damage to your trust factor. Out of those options the thing that gets you out of that game the quickest is to kill the other team as quickly as possible for 16 rounds, which is exactly what the overwatch shows.
