Good question, no there's no need to log into a signal booster. It will boost the signal for anyone within its boosted range, they'll work on any carrier and any device. So your neighbors could feasibly benefit depending on which booster you are using. Boosters will cover between 1,500 and 7,500 square feet based on the model you choose.

I've been using a sleek 4G for years and always plan to upgrade to a non cradle booster like the drive 4G-X I had been using my hotspot in my cradle booster but when my hotspot quit att replaced it with the new Netgear Nighthawk hotspot which can also be used as a wifi repeater..... but it's way too big for the Cradle booster I have to take the arms off and just lay it on top of the booster : ) ................. and with my new unlimited AT&T plan I haven't needed to use a public WiFi for the last year or so I guess if I ever do it's nice to know that this hotspot can tap into one if I'm ever Kampf like at a resort back in the Hills out of all cell signal ranges and find out they have a Wi-Fi or something it might be useful then but I've already got a C crane wifi repeater antenna combo for that... so really the only thing that's been advantageous for me about upgrading to the Nighthawk hotspot has been the all day battery life that it has

Do you sell in the Philippines? My wife's ability to get a good signal has dropped over the last few years. We used to video call and now we have trouble even texting. Her cousin came up with the idea to mount the pocket wifi on a stick and place it near the satellite receptor on the dish. It actually worked. But with that she has to worry about weather. And thieves. If you don't market there, is there a way to wire a pocket wifi directly into the satellite so she can keep it inside? Part of reception problems are they now have a tin roof instead of nipa.

increased signal does not mean increased speed. Throttling is preset, i would get this if you had 1 or 2 bars, because at 1 bar sometimes the hotspot will switch to 4g or 3g and thus lower your speeds

Does anyone think the free apps you can get to boost your hotspot and clean your phone actually work? I've been told that none of them workthey just run up your battery and make your phone worse but there has to be one out there that you can at least pay for or something that works I use my hotspot for gaming and I'm only getting around 670.0kbps on download speed and 2.15mbps on upload speed I don't know what has happened but I have been using this hotspot on my phone for over a year I've never had any problems playing Call of Duty or destiny but now I am playing the division 2 and it has glitched out on me about five times to the point where I had to factory reset my PlayStation because it would not do anything and I also used to be able to download games using my Hotspot on my phone but now it will just say calculating and we'll never download. I use a hotspot off of a straight talk plan and you're not actually supposed to use the hotspot but for some reason my phone lets me use it I'm wondering if they caught on finally and dubbed my hotspot signal down I just want to know how to make it faster if anyone knows please help..
