Great video! Was at an Airbnb last year and there was a literal multi-page binder of checkout instructions and requirements. Essentially, we cleaned the entire place and still had to pay cleaning fee lol.

Ugh! But Airbnb has changed that now. If the checkout instructions are "too much" hosts can get penalized.
