I opened accounts with Relay a month or two ago, it’s awesome. While I don’t have revenue coming in because I’m in the process of setting up my first Airbnb, it is a HUGE relief that this part of running an Airbnb is set up so when revenue does start coming in…I am prepared and ready! @@ivantejeda Absolutely. Here is the video where they specifically go into the necessary business bank accounts: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mGWypaF9r6x3b5Y I opened all 5 accounts they mentioned. It was really easy but you will be asked for the formation documents of your business (EIN Letter from IRS, LLC, Corp docs., etc. So be ready to supply them) I previously worked in retail banking for 10 years, so trust me when I say to not waste your time going anywhere else. You’ll have all kinds of restrictions and the apps/software won’t be as intuitive as Relay can be, if set up properly.

Real estate investors operating short term rentals need to understand that this is not a real estate strategy. This is a hospitality business that takes love and care. Automating it with software and a cohost leaves massive profits by the wayside. Airbnb is not passive and shouldn’t be treated as such. This is solely a business.

I’d like to know how you guys handle laundry. I run a studio airbnb and I find myself doing sometimes up to 5 loads. How do your cleaners manage that? Since it takes hours, I don’t think they would stay that whole time, do they?

Hey! We keep multiple sets of sheets & linens at the property. So for our larger properties, the cleaners strip the beds, throw on the fresh linens, and the do the laundry off-site.

I just stumbled across your channel today. I think you both present yourselves great. But whoever is doing your editing for the love of God, please tell them to chill out on the sped up voices and blowing up your face. It’s really difficult to watch. I watched another video first and it was slightly annoying but this one I’m watching now is extremely annoying. You don’t need any of those gimmicks you have fantastic information you come across very well and I have no trouble understanding your points. I don’t know everything about KZbin but I spent over 20 years in radio and television. Good luck, but this will be the last video. I watched because the video effects just make your channel unwatchable. Thank you.
