Love a hill rep! Well done! Legs turn to jelly but it's amazing how well you can recover on the jog back down. Looks like you've found a perfect hill as well.

This hill has a bit of a sting in the tail but it keeps you honest! Thanks for watching, appreciate the comment 🙏

6x3min hill repeats are the BEST !!! Extremely effective session when used 1-2 times per month. Also, David Roche's excellent "Corrine's Hills" 2016 article form TrailRunner magazine is a must-read on the subject.

Sorry for being a bit thick, but is that 3 mins running up a hill, or is it up hill and running down for 3 minutes😊
@runfreeultra Жыл бұрын
Hey Tracy, you're spot on it's running UP HILL for 3 mins at a hard effort, then jog back to the start in 3 mins (so 6 mins total). I'd repeat that 5 or 6 times. If you're new to hill reps start with 5 x 90s reps and build from there :)

@@runfreeultra excellent I’ll start with the 90s, havent done hill reps for over year due to injury and asthma, but fingers crossed I’m sorted 😁
