You could run the turbo pipe across your fire wall then behind your wing underneath where you fixed the rust with that bar. That way it won't cut across your engine bay so you can save space, less bends used aswell

Def flip where your running the piping on the intercooler, cold side to passenger side hot side to drivers side, or get a same side dual inlet intercooler like all the other turbo K series guys!

Robbie, the oil drain bung looks like it is designed to be welded on not compression fit through, if not then it is made for a steel sump rather than the ally one of a k20

Take a look at how the rsx turbo kits are set up, changing to a single side in/out would save you a lot of headache and less points of leaks.

The intercooler piping is backwards. Make the throttle body side go to the passenger side intercooler slot & the turbo side the driver side turbo slot.. only way it will work with that mani fold... all side winders even run that set up

I boosted my 8th gen before winter and used the same manifold. you pretty much have to go over the valve cover unless you can weld aluminum, or want to use a ton of couplers. my hood sits higher than yours does and clears no problem so you'll have to test that. I got a same side intercooler from eBay and it made running pipes much easier, I was able to finish it with one generic 2.5" kit. the intercooler took about 3 weeks to come in, I'm in Ontario too, but you can try jspec performance in Scarborough they may have some in stock. Also don't worry about getting that middle bolt on the manifold, I never got that one on, reused the stock manifold gasket and it hasn't started leaking yet.

I clocked my turbo down on my DIY top mount and ran oil return through the timing chain tensioner cover so I didn’t have to drop the subframe & oil pan LOL

For your brakes line, there is company that sell a whooolee kit braided line from the MAster Cylinder to the Prop-Vavle to the 4 caliper, it's called Valex Racing its like 465$CAD. I have that on my Civic and it's soo easy to installed. For the price its very good.

On the turbo get a tight radius 90 welded onto the turbo outlet and clock the turbo facing downwards. Ik it’s an eBay kit but without a nicely fabbed piping setup it’s gonna come out looking half assed. The engine bay looks clean don’t ruin it with a jank hot/cold side intercooler piping. That’s just my 2 cents. Also an intercooler with in/out welded onto the same side of the end tank would make your life easier.
