Harmony TB is free, Gallagher was also free from an event. All you would need is another Harmony, like Bronya? Or a Nihility like Pela. Hes pretty f2p

Just a heads up that since he is almost always with Ruan Mei, you need 132 SPD to reach the 145 threshold for Talia with her. Ruan Mei can be replaced by Robin, but I still think Ruan Mei's BE, SPD buff and higher SP generation means she comes out on top for vast majority of players (that aren't whaling for substats) despite Robin outperforming in raw damage.

I have a question, does Subscribe for More! a good option for him? It increases his Basic and Skill attack. And increases extra when his energy is full. I currently have the lightcone at Superimposition 4, so its 42% increase.

Not really 85% of boothill's damage comes from break so the only good thing from that light cone would be the basic stat increase
