PINEAPPLE MARTINI
2 oz//60 ml Vodka
1.5 oz/45 ml Pineapple Juice**
.5 oz/15 ml Lime juice
** use 8-10 Chunks of Pineapple to get 1.5 oz/45 ml Pineapple Juice.
Method
1. Add all cocktails to the shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 15 seconds hard.
3. Fine Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Fresh pineapple is soooo good. Love it! 🤩🍹👌 But is must be ripe. I sometimes have a hard time seeing if the pineapple is ripe

Amen to that! In Jamaica there's a type of pineapple they call "sugar loaf". Perfect natural sweetness that make any thing you make with it amazing

Hi David Im in England I watch and try a lot of your videos which are great. My wife loves cocktails so I thought I would make my own it is however a strong oneso be warned. becouse I like to see blue cocktails I wanted it to stay blue.so I named it BLUE which stands for BLOODY LOVELY UNEXPECTED EXPERIMENT. here is what I came up with. 50mls of vodka, gin,rum or any clear spirt 25mls of blue caracao 20 mls of lime or lemon juice 10 mls of triple sec or cointreau 20 mls of simple syrup shake with ice then just pour into a glass Would love you to try this and give me some feedback on what you thick and maybe change. Definitely. Depending on how many you would like to make at once you could use a blender to to puree as much pineapple as you would like or a juicer. however the easiest way would be to head to your local grocery store and get some Pineapple Juice that has no sugar added. Then you can make as many as you want without the extra work. And to make it easier. Take all of the ingredients and add them to a blender. For every 1 cocktail add one 1"x1" (2.5 cmx2.5 cm) cube of ice and blend until the ice is gone. that will give you the correct dilution.
