Don Q cristal, Kirkland tequila blanco, Tito’s vodka, Bombay gin, Cointreau Long islands “when made right/measured pours” is my drink of choice if I plan on just having one drink for the night.👍 Great video thank you

The "house brand" good enough for these kinds of mixed drinks. Now drinks like the old fashioned i use knob creek smoked maple bourbon and for the negroni i use aviation gin. Smirnoff just meh. I like Veil better. Stoli blueberry martini with a little bit of simple syrup and an orange slice so nice.😎

I use, stoli vodka, Appleton state white rum, larios gin and tequila gran centenario plata for my long islands, not sure if the best but they get the job done in the parties

What a great twist to the Long Island iced tea! As for the question of gin and vodka, it all depends on the cocktail itself. On a Long Island, the " stuff like Smirnoff , Beefeater, and ( UGHHHH) Jose Curevo.. I would use because of the cost factors. Why would I want to use top grade stuff to get totally trashed?

@boozeontherocks notice I said " UGHHHH " about Curevo..? It ranks right up there with this " ROT GUT " bourbon called " Kentucky Gentleman " 🤢🤮 that is the ABSOLUTE NASTIEST liquor ever distilled! .. hey there a topic.. the WORST liquor anyone has drank!

Try something like an Alizé Blue Passion if yo ucan find it. But if not something that tastes of troical berries will work. Just add as much as you need.

Next we'll need a Nuka-Cola Quantum after the Fallout from the H-Bomb. Too many H-bombs and you'll be in the waste lands! [I'm interested how you'll make it given it has the Strontium-90 that makes your pee glow!]

Looks like AMF but two times stronger. I don't like such drinks - waste of spirits for getting drunk fast. Dis from me, sorry

That's faire. It's definitely a drink to have only one of. Let me know what you would do to make this a drink that you would drink. i.e. curt the ingredients in half or more, change the ratios?

@@boozeontherocksnah, cutting ingridients won't work - 'couse U'll get AMF and and I don't like that eather. I'd rather choose some other drink to enjoy. And all those type of drinks: AMF/Long Island/H-Bomb are out of my list completly - nothing special in taste, just sweet booze to get you higher.

I'm not being facetious but what is the point of this style of cocktail? Mixing all those different types of booze will give you no real benefit from any of them, barring the alcohol content. Am I missing something obvious?

No you're not missing anything. This is one of those, Ones more than enough. Which is wy I suggested cutting it in half. But it follows the Long Island Iced Tea template that you can build something to your preferences from.
