I loved the passion for the beignet taste, structure and accompanying sauces. I feel like you really got into the spirit of New Orleans! We really care about our food.

If you ever come down to Baton Rouge, I highly recommend going to Coffee Call on College Drive (by LSU's campus) for beignets. They are delicious! Humidity is free!
