My fiance is American from Florida and he has said it's one of the most stunning countries he has ever seen and wants to live here when we are married. Melissa Nunez-- I'm pretty sure they don't work for Tarte, especially without a contract because a lot of them do sponsorships for other brands. This is just one of Tarte ways to make sure these beauty b/vloggers show their products in videos and other social media sources to get the subbies to buy it.
