This and the Magic Missile are my favorite Tiny Tina grenade mods. This one cuts right through multiple enemy's shields and the bolts go through walls. The Magic Missile (x4) is homing and slag's your target. Great if you're a Commando throwing the auto gun. The Level 72 versions are great.

Yote, for the hallway with the rising platforms, if you are about to be squished, you should run forward so you actually run under the platform in front of you. Then backup, wait for the platform to come down, and proceed. Hope this helps!

The fire storm drops from uba fire mages. A good way to get that one is to go to dragon keep with the stone table plus on the way you're guaranteed to spawn one on the way at the table

Running through the finale of True vault hunter mode.. been using my lvl 35 chain lightning from my normal playthrough the entire run and I can say that having this grenade is a must for people who use cover when taking on enemies. The regen ammo is amazing for using them constantly and the shock factor allows you to chew through shields in nothing flat. Not only that but the arcing effect of the nade passes through any object allowing you to chain to enemies even inside of buildings or up on higher floors. It's a great way to ping an area for enemies when you need to know exactly where they are; heck you don't even need to be accurate...just throw it at a nearby wall and watch the chain of death.

Great video Yoteslaya. I managed to get both legendary grenade mods and the purple x4 magic missile from the badasses that spawn sometimes from the alter at Dragon's Keep - just keep sacrificing items till they spawn. Also a great area to farm chests for the new class mods and the end boss for random legendaries - he has a decent drop rate for me :)

Yote, if you know who CraftPixel is, he has a slightly faster way to do this. You go to the same place, but you fast travel to a place closer to where the mages spawn. So you don't have to go through the moving floor part. Hope this helped!

Chain Lightning is awesome, its op because it can chain the lightning through floors, walls, and just about anything. You can also throw a random lightning into a bunch of enemies and have all of their shields dropped

I kinda like it to quickly take out enemies that are shielded and sometimes spam all my grenades on a shielded big boss without having to switch weapons. Especially since i usually run with Incendiary and Corrosive in my hot swaps

Been using a chain lightning lvl 35 that I got from normal mode and I'm lvl 56 right now and still using it in TVHM. This grenade is amazing for stripping shields from an entire field of enemies and showing their positions when your using cover. Definitly my most favorite grenade mod in the game.

They are my two favorite. If i'm in a party i use the storm front because its better when reviving teammates if you are holding a grog nozzle and when playing in a party its not as big of a deal when you go down. Personally, I think the regeneration aspect of the chain lighting makes it better when i solo and it gets you your health back instantly.

Yote, the Fireball is the Unique version of the Fire Storm, which is the legendary you were talking about (I think), also I think you forgot to mention that both Uniques and Legendary grenade mods in this DLC slowly regenerate Grenade ammo over time, it´s in white text. Anyways, great video!! :D

yote, there is an other route you can take to the wizards with a lot less enemies. then head north and jump down on a platform within the next room. Then you will come to a door which brings you into the room with the mages

Best place to get the Infinity pistol would be from Doc Mercy in Three Horns Valley (Yote has a video on it, but if you read on the wiki it has a 0.07% chance to drop and there is an unresolved glitch that ensures that it will NEVER drop from Doc Mercy in True Vault Hunter and Ultimate Vault Hunter Modes) and there are the Legendary Loot Midgets that you can farm at the Wildlife Exploitation Preserve that can drop it along with most of the non-dlc specific ones.

Chain lightning is not the best in terms of damage but I always use it while equipping a Moxxi's gun for quick healing. Its effect is instant, and it automatically homes to a few enemies so you don't have to aim too carefully. Great for survival. Another cool merit is that it highlights enemies for me, and makes them flinch for a second so my friends and I have more time to react and shoot (works great on badass nomads with a big shield, for instance).

Chain Lighting is actually pretty great; at least in normal/TVHM. Since you only need LOS for the primary target the grenade can hit huge groups of mobs around corners and seemingly through walls sometimes. I use it to blow the shields off of groups of enemies so I don't need to carry a shock weapon. It's also effective at knocking whole groups of Rakks and repair bots out of the sky. It's a crime that your characters only yell the spell name in the Tiny Tina DLC though.

The "Chain" is not a prefix. Chain lightning is a legendary (orange) and lightning a unique (blue) grenade mod. Therefore, both are distinct items. The same accounts to Fireball (blue) and Fire Storm (orange).

i was farming the Handsome Sorcerer today and found a little skeleton altar with a Jackobs gas tank behind it. well, following the altar's orders by making a sacrifice to earn a reward, i threw down a gun on the altar. it instantly burned up and spawned an ultimate badass mage *i believe* but i got the fireball and the lightning bolt. might be worth looking into. also it seems you can get good loot if you throw down Jackobs weapons on the altar. not sure but thats how i got it.

This is the best way to go for this granade: go to lair of infinte agony, take the first elevator up, then the first door to the left. When you go trough the door theres a blue fire right in front of you. Jump over that to a little platform. Now you should see a gate, go through the gate and to the left up the stairs. Noe u should see the sourcerers and mages, go kill them and Get your legendaries. Do this multiple times :)

How is it not worth it? A Torgue spinnygun with a large magazine, a (admittedly random) chance to increase the fire rate, and an extra 100% splash damage. I finally got one but it has the Wild prefix which drops the accuracy to 55% but it kills anything I hit with it.
