i’ve been playing this game for like 13 years yet i still watch these videos ‘just in case i’ve missed anything’ i love that this game is making a comeback on youtube, my absolute favorite game, and i love the content brother. another spot i’d suggest if you wanna go loot midget farming is Thousand Cuts, just don’t do the Rockos Modern Strife mission and you can loot in piece with nothing spawning

Thank you. And yes, thousand cuts is a good spot for midgets as well. Love to see this game still as popular as it is. It’s absolutely legendary. Edit - all these years and I still boot the game up and get that same smile that I had in 2012.

Fun fact. You can get the "The Good, The Bad and the Mordecai" quest as soon as you turn in "A train to catch" although it will only be level 13-14 because it's scaled to the dust at that point. So you could complete that main story quest and unlock the Lyuda/Veruc Farm and then do the "Bright Lights, Flying City" quest

This is true. I actually just very recently found this out. I’d like to add it may be better to wait to pick it up after though. As it will give more Xp upon turning it in. Good side note to add though!

You forgot there’s a grave you can dig up in Dahl Abandon that has a chance to drop the M2828 Thumpson, which is a huge improvement over the vanilla game’s Hammer Buster that McNally in The Dust can drop.

Good list but I wouldn't farm frostburn personally. All the dedicated loot there is outclassed pretty easily by other item sin the same slot. Think one of the farms that should be on here is good old snow man chest, mercenary day can be done in like ~20mins and its an easy boss with a really good chest reward, scales to level 15 on NVHM so can access it early

Ahhhhh Frostburn Canyon! My first love. Nothing says good farming like a Goliath chasing you through 80% of the map leveling up while you farm for several potential legendaries. Apart from the specific potential drops i literally harvested a conference call AND quasar from thw chest above spawn point. I should also add that one of those Goliaths had a chest containing my very first infinity pistol. After farming Doc Mercy for ages for it, to no avail. Did i mention how many have fallen to my bladed Lascux or ever how you spell it 😂. And ive got loot midgets out of everywhere on this map also

The dust was my next destination on my daily farm runs. I'd make it a point to run through bug culch and get to the black queen and Gettle and Mobbly before the caravan spawned it. Hit the automobile below the church and wax the caravan. THEN go after the hodunks and McNally in any given order. I've only got one dope purple vladolf pistol from the caravan. After which I just gave up on the thing. Now my dust run be much faster. Unless I catch the caravan next to the cliff😂😂😂 that sumbitch goin over the edge at that point😂.

There also a good chest that guarantee laucher in writhing deep but you need toothpick and retainer to easily farm them

Most of the videos about raid boss strategy's involve rocket jumping with the Gunzerker. I always wonder how do you do these battles without Gunzerker or is it just expected that you only play this character?

You can defeat any raid boss with any vault hunter. It just comes down to knowing the best builds and gear for builds on characters who aren’t Sal, along with strategy, of course.

Hey, asking this on this video cause its new and likely to get a reply. So I'm just getting back into bl2 and haven't played since before the commander lilith dlc came out. Wanna get bl3 but wanted to go through the previous bl games first. So before that dlc the lvl cap was 72 with 8 op lvls (80) and now its 80 with 10 op lvls (90). How does that all work? Like if your lvl 72 and op8 and you lvl to 80, can you skip op1 through 8 and just do 9 and 10? Does that mean you can just equip lvl 88 gear as soon as you hit lvl 80? Op8 lvl 72 gear, is that equivalent to baseline lvl 80 gear? But with much more difficult acquisition because you dont need to do any digistruct peak? Does this also mean if you have op8 lvl 72 gear you wont be able to use any of it on a base lvl 80 char that has no op lvls unlocked?

Its about OP levels nothing else. If you are 72 OP8 then hitting level 80 will net you some extra skill points, thats it. Now go do the peak once you hit level 80 in your OP8 gear and unlock OP9.

I mentioned this in my top 5 chest farms video. Easily one of the best chest farms. As for an area to farm, in general I’d say it’s easily outsourced by every area mentioned in this video.

Yep. That chest is also mentioned in the same one I talked about the heroes pass chest. Again. Wouldn’t say the AREA as a whole is that great to farm. Good chest farm though. I remember yote showing it off back in the day. I’ll always have that to connect back to.

As a person who loves automation games and looter shooter as well, I'd thought, for the Hero's pass chest, it would be much easier to set up a macro for running towards the chest, open and inspect, run another macro for running back and quick load, loop) and much more time efficient (1 chest every ~10 seconds). But I also understand that for people who doesn't like automation games feel that would steal the fun out of it. When it comes to farming I'm very split apart, I realise that the word farming is a double entendre in games. I'm still considering whether I should buy Commander Lilith DLC, whether it's really worth throwing money at post-BL3 Gearbox :/ I'm thinking about this because I just finished playing Borderlands 2 main quest for the first time and many farming to come.

1. Get fire Conference call (any level) 2. Get fire lady fist (any level) 3. Get on level bee shield 4. Hit haderax weakspot behind his head using lady fist 5. If he fall down switch to conference call and hit yellow thing in his mouth There also a safe spot in the map where you cant get hit but you better watch another vid to find that location

i'm now farming the dust for lyuda the last three days. over 100 runs. need new fire shock and corrosive lyuda. preparing for digistruct peak. sht. no lyuda (( i've got 10 legendary class mods 2 paerls - stalker and shock butcher 3 nukems 2 verucs and no lyuda. i'm fking angry i wanna smash my keyboard. i hate when such sht happens ((
