It's not ee em pee five, its em pee five, like, MP5. It's a reference to CSGO, where the beta mp5 was by far the strongest weapon in the game. Good reload, good firing speed, good damage, and it suffered no accuracy penalty while moving or in the air, which is why it lasers when you're in the air.

Red text is reference to them adding it into a semi recent patch (it's been awhile now I know) but the MP5 was shelved in prebeta csgo for its ridiculous accuracy especially whilst jumping as was mentioned. I worked with the dev team a long time ago and we used to joke that it would become an antique and people would forget it... Boy were we wrong

I feel like they intended for Pain and Terror to drop out of Agonizer each time you killed them and just completely forgot to do it. On top of that the zoom doesn’t even work properly. If the rate is anything close to Amara’s Driver class mod from Sylvestro then it’s supposedly a .40% drop which is absolutely unacceptable tbh. I don’t get why things are so hard to farm on the hardest difficulty. Edit: I’m not 100% about the .4% guys. That’s what the official legendary list created by the communities testing said earlier this morning but I very well could have misinterpreted the graph or they could have put the wrong thing down.

It should be an opposite . Imo the drop chance of dedicated loot drops should be x2 on max difficulty , because the guns that are supposed to be "rewards" of playing on max difficulty are ridiculous to farm

This is untrue, I have farmed for 5 Spiritual driver classmods and got them over the course of about 45-60 kills, I'd say drop rate is about 10% for it. unless you wanna say I was just 10x luckier than other people lol

Just go on reddit trade for it. People just duplicate items and trade them. Guarantee if you try hard enough you can get someone to trade you one. That's how i have gotten a lot of my really top tier gear. For example: all reccuring hex with anointment and god roll class mods.

On PS4 you can upload your save to online storage then download it to do this farm. It works the same way it just takes a while because you have to close the application every time

I had to use this cloud save method for a corrosive flying sandhawk in 2. I wanted to farm it and still be able to get other ones within the same game save. After the last DLC update, auto save became very inconsistent when getting a quest reward, and often it would save right after I accepted the reward, so I had to download for the cloud every now and then. Fortunately, after a LONG time I got not only the corrosive flying I wanted, it was a perfect parts one

@@theshampman5171 I really recommend just going for M3 and looking for good modifiers. If you get like 70% elementary dmg increase and get a good elementary weapon like cutsman, you should be fine. Still I recommend searching for a group of 4 but if you have that set up, it should be the easiest out of all the M-Modes.

Sloanirrigation the rarity of the gun will prevent it from being nerfed, as a side note the nerfs that happened are because gearbox sees them as a bug rather than nerfing for balance, this is borderlands nor csgo or rainbow 6

Looks like the EMP5 red text means it gives it a boost to shield damage without being shock, could be why you were tearing through those M4 mobs like cheese

Just restarted my playthrough to get this weapon and it's really hard coz you have to close the game and redownload the save file if the gun does not appear after killing pain. Tip: disable your auto upload save file in this game and upload it before you fight pain and terror so you can re download it over and over again and farm it.

VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE. As of right now, Dec 19th, Agonizer CAN drop the EM-P5 while re-farming it. The gun not dropping was actually a bug, which has been solved in the most recent hotfix.

This reminds me of some of the crazy rare Assault Rifles from Borderlands 1, The Serpens, Draco, and Ogre/Ajax’s Ogre, they are incredibly low drop rates for them but they are devastatingly powerful mobbing guns for Roland. But I like that an incredible gun like that is super rare and hard to find

I wonder if this gun needs to be paired with another item ( like the new shield) to be able to use the secondary fire. The tiggs boom also comes with the text ( sticky dose 3% more damage). There is no secondary fire, nor do I see the bullets stick.

So went to Agonizer just to shoot at something different for a change and I got one of these 1st kill. "Barking" variant, +15% reload speed, kinda sucks but it rolled a +50% weapon dmg buff on enemies below 25% hp Anointment. This is pretty decent for finishing off high hp bosses.
