Borderlands 3 - HDR vs SDR Intro - HDR Is A Must In This Game

HDR in Borderlands 3 has a much higher average Picture Brightness compared to SDR. That's why SDR look very dull compared to HDR. Colors are using the DCI-P3 and BT.2020 color space.

Yes, HDR is much brighter in this game.

Not sure bl3 needs additional brightness. I already play with sunglasses on. 😎

@@michelzobel7176 no, because the dynamic range from hdr is just so much better in this game. You can of course crank up the brightness on your tv for sdr but it will never reach the quality of hdr in this game
