With the IT music vid I don't understand why some industries take down music videos or reviews. Ultimately most of the time it promotes people to get that game or watch that movie in this situation. Hell, one band I like has this guy taking the songs and putting them in lyric videos, the songs are copywrited, but he's spoken to the band at like a meet and greet or a concert (don't know the exact details) and they've agreed that they've gained more fans because it's the first suggestion that normally pops up so they don't bother to get it taken down even though it's copywrited.
