I don't know if it's too obvious to be in here, or what (I started to play this game just recently, and only in New Hope now), but come on! There is a boss called Mad Mel, and he is driving a car. Obvious reference to Mel Gibson's character Max Rockatansky from Mad Max movies (the three first ones, not Fury Road).

There's another easter egg that i discovered myself while playing the claptrap dlc. One of the random dialogues of the claptrap's is "Hey baby, wanna kill all humans?", A reference to Futurama, this a line said by Bender in the episode when Fry first moves into Bender's apartment

The hidden claptrap you guys call the gearbox claptrap isn't what its called and he DOES have a purpose, if you have played team fortress 2 you either need to rocket hump in a special spot or grenade jump in the same area, and when you get to him he says: "Wow! Your not dead!? Well alright I think you need this" and as long as your on your first playthrough you get an insant free lvl up. And you gain 200xp every 10 seconds near him. Amd the Marcus machine isn't randomly opened you must first do all marcus missions in NH or its a 1/10 chance it will open otherwise, and if you others think Im lying or something I can assure you I'm not, I know 4 peoole who worked and devoloped the game on both BLs. Now I didn't mean you were wrong about those but I had to call it out to everyone else. Plz no hating.

RAkkinshu is not an Easter Egg. An Easter Egg is something hidden in a game that is found by exploit, cleverness, or keen perception. Rakkinshu is LITERALLY part of a quest. On that note, neither is the scooby doo reference, also a quest.
