"Borderlands: Evening Light" (The Haven) Guided Sleep Story

This relaxing guided meditation is set within the Haven. In this sleep meditation the pony trap will take you to one of the places on the Borderlands that you have not yet visited, a place of power, healing and beauty. You will have the chance to absorb this cleansing and healing energy. After, the pony trap will return you to your home so that you may fall asleep in peace and comfort.
This guided meditation for sleep is for most audiences, especially anyone with insomnia or who has trouble sleeping. A guided sleep meditation or guided sleep story, is a gentle and effortless way to help get you into a wonderful state of deep relaxation, provide stress relief and ultimately deep sleep.

I STILL haven't heard this one right through, I keep falling asleep in it, which of course is a really good thing, but giving up waiting until I have before commenting & just wanted to say hi from Australia & how wonderful it is to have a video that matches to our seasons here when released :) When this was released, the spring bulbs were still finishing off (although I don't personally have bluebells) & weather was exactly as this video says, now I'm really noticing that slow transition into dark, just like the video is talking about. Normally when released, it's the total opposite of the weather here, I mean obviously it matches 4-6 months later, but it's really cool to have one that matches when released, thank you for that :))) Also, I personally love that there's no river sounds in this one, spoken of, but not heard, cause I always have toilet related issues with the running water & SO many have crossings of that stream in the Haven, so thank you for that too :) I can't really comment on much else yet, cause I haven't heard it well enough to do so, I mean I have heard lots of bits of it, but different bits at different times as I fall asleep & rewake & fall asleep again during it each night, so no idea how it all fits together yet Awesome video anyway & thank you so much for all these wonderful videos you make for us all, they really are life changing :)
