Great job. Gave me flashbacks to the time I reshafted a 3-w of x-12 pro series. I didn’t have all of your equipment and it took forever with only a grinding wheel. Had to angle the tips before installing.

I started with the 3M wheel and it was tedious

Jim, Would you say that by the insertion depth of the shaft in the smaller hosel, that it would be almost like tip trimming to get the desired flex?

Hey Jim, love your channel I've learned a lot from you! Thanks! Question, on a none bore through iron head, is it possible to make small insertion cuts to a .370 shaft tip to fit a .355 shaft tip instead of boring out the hosel? Thanks.

You could, but you would have to be VERY careful hoe far up it should go.but in that Case I don't recommend it. Ive a few like that in emergency needs and lack of other shafts.

What, he didn't clean them up before sending them to you? Wonder how often he cleans when he's using them? One must take care of one's equipment, if it is to perform well.
