I always considered the slimy an indication of sprout degradation, or more simply, rotting spoiling that sort of thing. Definitely be careful of getting sick 🤒 because I once did with those sprouts. Just to be safe about it. Always use and eat sprout’s quickly.

I thought that sesame oil was something to add at the end for flavour but not with the cooking oil. Otherwise I cant fault what looks like a tempting recipe!

Since when do you British and unfortunately we Australians for that matter, use the Americanism ‘ bored of’ instead of ‘bored with’ - I’m an English teacher who loves your posts BTW but I resent the deterioration of the Queen’s English!!! 😢
