I'm doing this job and I both two sets of valve cover gaskets. One Fel-Pro and Nissan OEM. I was shocked at the difference. Fel-Pro is thicker. I would not buy OEM Nissan valve cover gasket after looking at them side by side. This car is notorious for leaking oil from the valve cover. Thicker is better. Sometimes aftermarket parts are better than OEM. In this particular case Fel-Pro is the winner.

Thanks, this is actually 2 or 3 years old at this point, found it on old tape. Also have a UIM replacement video waiting on editing. Soon I should have access to a garage 24/7, so hoping to get many more videos up in the near future.

I know this is an old video but what were some of the things you removed in order to do this?

Can you replace the line of windshield washers? I would like to know:(

It's easily replaceable, all you really need is some vacuum line of appropriate size (don't know it off hand). I'll try to get a vid up, but I can't see working in that area in the near future.

Thanks for this video. No more CrapMax vids?

Actually moved into the parts department roundabout a year ago, so no more videos from there. From here on it'll likely be limited to Maxima/Pathfinder vids, what we have in the family.
