When I’m bored, which tends to happen more over the Winter, I look through my books, plan what I’m going to grow in my allotment, plan my sewing projects, or take my dogs out for a longer walk. Either way I allow myself to be quiet , 💕

In the last years I have been introduced to being bored. Not a nice introduction but an introduction none the less. Boredom is still here from time to time and I have decided because your video to be nice to boredom to welcome it into my life and ask it to sit down. I am about to sew on a sunny morning, and I am thankful for the boredom over the last years because I was able to reassess my life course.

Thx for this video, I found it after I searched “bored while cutting fabric” haha and while listening to your video I learned to appreciate just being mindful of the feeling of my hands on the scissors running through the fabric and how enjoyable it is to work with my hands. And how much of a blessing it is that I know how and get to do that. ❤

I am thankful for those who assumed you were bored ❤ You have taught this 63 year old Nanny of 8 grandchildren so much ❤️ and especially that being “bored” is a gift and I thank you ❤️

Oooh I’ve never thought of boredom before probably because I have adhd so my brains always on full tilt. I usually have a little hand sewing project to work on between other things and when I don’t feel well enough or too tired to sew I’m just happy to rest. However you have made me think about it so will add it to my list of things to ponder. Always really enjoy your videos. Lovely to see you and your beautiful baby bump. So excited for you and can’t wait to try the new dress tutorial. Happy Sunday 🥰

This looks such a beautiful pattern, which fabric did you use as it seems soft and fluent for this kind of pattern ? I think boredom now a days is too often filled with social media stuff instead of using our own creativity , boredom can create beauty when we allow it as it comes . Thanks for sharing .

I like your channel, your work, and your ideas. May I ask you two questions? What type of fabric? Where can I get a clothes iron? I liked it because it was wire-free. (I used the translator. I am from Kuwait 🇰🇼)
