This is quite a strange don't you think? In 2 Boris and 2 Tanya test, Elite Conscripts beat Tanya while Green Tesla Troopers beat Boris. There's something wrong here but I can't find what's missing?

The Tanya's shoot slower, but do more damage I suspect, so while there is overkill happening on the faster Conscripts, they still take two hits to die, but the slower Teslatroopers take more hits from Boris than Tanya to die

Tanya has a muuuuch higher DPS, but a smaller range. Boris can sustain more low defense units since he can shot them from distance, but when tankier units starta approaching, than Tanya gets the edge.
