My favorite fashion channel! I like the way you disclose the thinking behind your fashion decisions, very cool. Also, love the David Lynch mention ❤

I love Vincent Gallo, and his genuine zany fuckery, its bizarrely unique. I remember when I was getting my ccp derbies I thought about if I should get them in red, just for that look, but then again the character he plays in Buffalo 66, is just such a odd and tragic character, that emulating someone in a fit like that was just bizarre to me tbh.

I think that’s a key element of Gallo’s narcissism, though. The character probably would have been better served with a less sexy and cool outfit, but he couldn’t help making himself look good. I think his wardrobe in that film is more about continuing to mythologize the beautiful aesthetics of Vincent Gallo himself as opposed to serving the character.

@@LOWluxury idk that does seem plausible, but I also do think there is a juvenile quality to the character, almost like he never grew out of being a teenager, thus the Punk element, to his dressing, as the film is mid-90s setting but he's dressed more akin of someone from late 80' punk aesthetic. Or I'm completely wrong and you're spot on about the aesthetic nature of his dressing. Its always reminded me of a mix of what Archive Fashion guys wore in 2019-2020, with Heidi slimane era Dior or SlP with BBS or CCP staples.

I've been looking for a video on bbj boots for a while now and I had only recently stumbled across your channel. This video covered the topics I enjoy most about style for an item of clothing I've been wanting content on. How great

When I first saw buffalo 66 a few years ago was doing the exact same thing looking for the perfect red boots lmao, great vid. Other jackets that work really well for the look could be rick intarsia jackets, maybe 10sei0otto jsckets as well but they're similar to boris

Whats wrong with being republican? I am too and I’m a native american man. Its not a bad thing, some of us are very moderate you only see biased news on us. I don’t see how believing in less government , traditional values and free market capitalism is somehow a sin against someone.
