I think all the DEA is going to say is “nope no ex parte communication”. Just what they said last time. Mulrooney will say Ok. Nothing will happen. I think its obvious DEA was communicating and they need to be kicked out.

I think cannabis companies have their best lawyers on this and the dea is actually unprepared for the coming fight. I think the time to be pessimistic is over. They have this thing right where they want it now.

@@Tony031570 think of it like cannabis companies like canopy and cronos who have billions invested from corona and malboro… i can think of 6 billion reasons those two companies might want a team of lawyers working on this around the clock with village farms etc to make sure this gets passed through. Not to mention constellations and malboros lawyers all making sure their investment brings back a buck
