Human hunter tries to shoot the deer right in the heart so it doesn't suffer and dies instantly without even knowing what got him, while a bear will first chase the frightened animal until it loses energy, and rip the deer apart alive. Plus, if in certain area the bear population falls dangerously low, it becomes illegal to further hunt them.
