I know it was recorded in 07, and I know I'm probably coming off as annoying, but I would really love to know what some of the influences on The New Reign were. I was absolutely blown away when I heard it for the first time in high school. The odd time signatures scattered throughout, off beat accents on the drums, diminished harmonies and singing melodies. I had never heard anything like it and to this day have yet to come across anything that comes close.
