I think you really nailed it with your perspective about seeing them back in the day not being able to see forward to what they’ll become versus knowing what they are today and being able to see back to how they got there.

What got to me 11½ years ago when I first started watching them was that my best friend would have loved to have parents like theirs. He was a great soccer player and moved up through the divisions with his team. Not once did any of his parents come and watch him train or play a match even if he often was the attraction of his team. It was as if they didn't care. I could tell how much that hurt him because he never got any recognition from them. Even if that happened 40 - 50 years ago I immediately thought of him. Their parents are true heroes and an example for most parents just as much as the sisters are great role models for all young girls (so far) today.

The Warning had “arrived” but, they did not have their name yet. It came a little later when they had to find a name real fast for a kids band rock off happening in a backyard back home. They were the only girls performing and did not have a name yet.

There is a slightly newer version where Dany is singing. I'm assuming this was a practice session where they were working on the instrumental pieces before they added vocals.
