Also the scene after that, when jim came back to the office because he postponed his trip then Dwight immediately run to Jim and hug him was so sweet. Dwight was so happy to see Jim back.

Nate's blackface scene shouldn't have been censored, it's a clever criticism about the weird use of blackface in the 21st Century.
