Omg you said exactly how I feel when listening to this song and like her other songs too. I totally agree. For me it feels very romantic and so tragic and yet so damn beautiful. Everytime I hear her voice, her words and music it sheds Tears of sadness mixed with tears of relief from the pain we hold on to. Its 6:24 am, as I lay in bed and my mind is fixated on one thought. Its been a month, since we left eachother. I never thought I was able to stop loving you and I never thought you were able to say such horrid things to me. At moments I am in total denial, and make myself believe that we'll fix this. But once night fall comes, I am thrown into the darkness as I attempt to hold my body in one place. Sometimes I feel like killing myself (like tonight, I had an overwhelming feeling to end my book at chapter 23) but I breathe and attempt my best to fight through this feeling. You were not only my lover, and best friend... You were also my hero and my inspiration. I cannot believe how easy it was to throw the towel after ten fucking years. Its really unbelieveable. But nothing is meant to last forever, and like Lana says in the song "We were to born to die" ; everything will die around us sooner or later. But maybe with a bit of hope, death can lead to rebirth... Maybe, maybe not.
