I love how simple the photo packages are but I nearly shoot 20-30 images on the smalls homes in my area. And up to 100 images on a home with 5 beds 5 baths, exterior landscaping, pool, etc. What do you in that situation? 20 images would be very low as you’re missing more than half of the features of the home

I can easily cover the home with 20 images. So you shoot the home as normal and only deliver 20. You might not include every bedroom or you may not need to do every angle of every living area. Or you can offer a more expensive package for the larger homes.

Glad you brought up rentals since I'm in an urban area where rentals dominate. One thing key to rentals though is neighborhood videos since proximity to key amenities is important. Proximity to public transportation, shopping, postal, parking, and parks are all strong points for rentals. And if the broker has multiple rentals in the same area those videos can be reused. Any thoughts on how to add that as a service?

Its not something we do in Melbourne as the rentals budget from owners is always tight. The closest thing I have done is a suburb profile video so they can use it for any rentals or sales for that suburb. Price for those are around $600AU

@@reviewprodigy At $600AU I can see that's a bit pricey. I was thinking of a much lower price at $100 since this would just be quick mostly single gimbal shots showing they exist. All within 2 blocks of the rental so good be done in under an hour.
