I have the Mini 4 Pro and it struggles in high winds. I wish i got the Air 3 instead. :(

Although I don't recommend doing it, I flew my mini4pro in-between mountains where it was incredibly windy. The drone was shaking alot but I ended up getting a very good picture. Grant it I literally took off, took a picture, and then landed but I was very surprised how well it took a picture

You can as far as I know but everytime you switch drones you will have to bind the controller to the drone

I am a real estate agent and I am looking for a drone for my social media promo videos. Do you think because of being able to shoot vertical on the mini four that it would be a better choice

also depends on the law in the US. I know here in the UK, flying over built up areas with a larger drones. The Mini 4 Pro can pretty much fly anywhere. Just an extra thought but it depends on where you're from.

The Mini 4 Pro can actually do 100fps in 4k and 200fps in 1080.

You're wrong on the specs on the Mini 4 Pro frame rate, it does do 100fps at 4k. Also note that there is 8 second simulated shutter on the Mini 4 Pro just limited to 12MP. 12 MP photos: 1/16000-2 seconds, or 2.5-8 seconds for simulated long exposure 48 MP photos: 1/8000-2 seconds

i still dont understand how ppl can compare C0 drones to C1 drones. Should not DJI Air 3 be compared to any other drone with more then 249grams??? is the same as comparing a Ferrari with a F1 car! ferrari sucks 1:14 Mini 4 Pro makes slow motion 4k 100fps and 1080p 200fps not 4k 60fps

people compare them because they are similarly priced drones that do have some major differences that could make you swing either way. The Air series is the next step up from the Mini Pro series, therefore people do decide between the 2 drones and people need to know if the differences between them matter to them. Everyone knows the camera is better on the Air, but people don't know by how much, which is why they are compared. Why get a drone over 249g and have restrictions when you can get a smaller drone with a camera that is 90% as good? The drones will always be compared, as they should be. Both drones have similar buyers and neither are 'professional' grade drones. Some people may prefer the Air, some people may not see the Air's extra features as valuable to them and therefore stick with the Mini to get less restrictions placed on them. There is a reason why so many people compare these drones and also decide between them.

@@notinterestedx dont know where you live, but where i live mini 4 pro is class C0 category A1, while Air 3 is class C1 category A3. Its a HUGE difference and it has nothing to do with price
