Its not like that bro. Kakashi understanding on every jutsus above anybody elses in the villages and also as a mentor. Konohamaru rasengan are stronger than kakashi. We know that. Kakashi manage to master rasengan even though it is not his chakra nature. That tell us how kakashi understanding on jutsus and how good he was in mastering any kind of jutsus. That is why sasuke recommended him if he wanted some one that can explain how rasengan jutsu work.

Kakashi praised him during their fight. Kakashi said his taijitsu and ninjutsu skills are above anybody else in the academy. He should be in chunnin. Not genin and somehow close to jounin. In two blue vortex sasuke praised boruto. He said boruto was genius and can adapt in every decision very quick with his understanding and decisions. No wonder in two blue vortex he made code look useless in base form.

Its because he is Uzumaki and Minato let kurama's chakra flowing out a little that makes Naruto's body can adapt and control it. Boruto's Rasengan is so small and weak cause he didn't learn the last part of Rasengan 's training that you need to add more chakra but dont let it blow out. It might easier with small one.

boruto taijutsu was more advances from all others. Kakashi stated it wheb they tried take a bell from him. Boruto taijutsu was no joke. Kid was good in hand to hand combat, quick learner, and also a genius in his class. Kakashi always surprise with his capabilities. Forget about his trouble maker attitude. Kid really will become a great shinobis on his era. Minato was the one and only the genius of his generations. This generation is about Boruto greatness. I dont know why some people hate this anime so much. Coz the nerf sasuke and naruto power and bla..bla.. i dont thinj that they nerf them. It is just about the new generations, advances enemies and advances shinobis and villains. They are still strong. But this anime was about Boruto for a reason

Rasengan wa from wind cakra nature. Purple lightning was from lightning. Plus kakashi nature cakra was lightning. So if he learn to master it, maybe he can create it. But it is not easy. Boruto cakra nature was lighting and wind. That is why Boruto manage to master many other cakra natures, such like water style jutsus. By his own. In young ages he manage to do that. And the first person to realize hus genius was kakashi. In boruto two blue vortex, after time skip, another one of the most strong shinobi said boruto is a genius. Sasuke his master said it. And also in boruto two blue vortex we got kashin koji by his side. I think kashin koji also training him. After sasuke absorb became tree. I cant wait so see what boruto really capable after time skip. Really excited. Manage to master all uchiha styles if im not.mistaken, and his grandfather flying raijin, also manage to create the most powerful rasengan at this time. Uzuhiko rasengan. And many more. Boruto bullying code, in base form. Code was stronger than naruto and sasuke. Manage to 1 v 4 against biju ten tail that form into human form. With out even scratching him. Even though the fight was short, but i can tell those 4 bijus was really annoying with Boruto and almost pull their full power just to stop him from escape. But he manage to escape because he doesnt need to fight them at that time coz of he was out number. And also kashin koji told him not fight them yet.
