I think most of us missed this, If Amado can see through Kawaki's eyes (a cyborg modified by him) then he should be able to do the same with Code and know his whereabouts and alert Konoha but he is not telling them, this just proves on the day of Ishiki fight he whispered something and then Code saw soul/projection of Ishiki, he could be behind it and may have a much bigger game being played by Amado.

I think Kawaki, Boruto, and Code will form an alliance to take out Jura after they elimnate him, code will eat the thorn soul bulb of Jura and betray them. After Boruto and Kawaki defeat code, Kawaki betrays Boruto and that is when we have the flash-forward scene.
