Kashin koji may have past/future vision abilities, maybe tied to the toads watching orb, and may have been able to tap into the past to watch as these shinobi developed these jutsu. I would imagine the future vision ability is not reliable, and since the toads are hands off with events unless summoned, they just never bother with it. Its probably hazy and foggy or constantly changing what appears when they use it.

Honestly his teacher is probably just Orochimaru. We can't forget that he was a leaf ninja dedicated to uncovering every jutsu. He most likely had access to the details of flying Raijin and its a very real possibility he has experimented with purple lightning. He's a legit genius who's dedicated his life to uncovering every ninjutsu. He also wouldn't give up the chance to study Boruto. I mean the kid is basically a walking gold mine of potential.

This not only means she wasn’t able to see them leave, but also that she was not able to see any conversation they had about how to escape Omnipotence. If anyone could figure out how to avoid being subjected by to omnipotence (other than characters who obviously were not aware of Boruto’s activities), it’s going to be Orochimaru. Orochimaru was the only person to rival Hiruzen in raw number of techniques, and that was before the first Naruto timeskip. Considering the immense passion Orochimaru had for the Sharindan (he even theorized that a sharingan could evolve into a rinnegan with the proper DNA), there is absolutely NO WAY he just left Sasuke's body defenseless in a tree trunk. I'm convinced Orochimaru took the eye to safeguard it. I must say, it would be really cool if Sasuke's eye is replacing Boruto's slashed eye : it's the best way to keep it safe because Boruto will always know where it is. What if Orochimaru is specifically training Boruto to awake and evolve Sasuke's sharingan into a permanent jogan?

Also, ponder on this... There has been a clear emphasis on people asking Boruto *where* he is getting his intel. You’d think people would assume Kashin Koji... but that would be too obvious. The answer must be orochimaru... he can’t blatantly say it’s orochimaru because then he would be under fire for working with the “enemy” that is boruto. Kishimoto doesn’t emphasize things for no reason. Orochimaru is also said to know “all Jutsu” so we know he has a big brain for things. I can’t wait to see his revelation.

another possible explanation for all of this is that kishimoto didn't want people saying oh boruto only has the one jutsu, all he does is use rasengan and talk no jutsu like everyone said about naruto. it's just giving the character different attacks and different abilities that he could learn just from his familial ties and teachers we already know, Kashin koji and sasuke. i mean if we're going off sasuke saw kakashi use purple lightning and might be able to teach bortuo then why wouldn't it be the same with seeing minato or tobirama use flying raijin and teaching boruto.

I just rewatched Naruto: The Lost Tower. There's a father-son Rasengan in it, and the visual is sooo close to Uzuhiko. On top of that it's a technique using 2 people's separate chakras harmonizing in rasengan. THAT combined with the information about RASEN from the Minato one shot, shows me that Kishimoto is very layered and doesn't always show as much as he thinks about. Boruto's Uzuhiko literally is harmonizing with the Earth's spin, harmonizing multiple forces is such a big them in all of Naruto and Boruto.

When you talked about chidori and purple lightning a thought occured to me: What about chidori makes you attack in a linear predictable way, for example with the rasengan you don't need to do so also what about purple lightning allows you to attack in different ways

It has to do with the intensity and speed of the chakra. Since the chidori requires a really high speed to attack with the force the attack can use, the Uchiha eyes are made with the ability to track their movements so they can land the attack. It was explained in early Naruto so I don't blame you. I only understood it after I was older and rewatched it several times.

Sasuke is the only counter to this theory. It wouldn't be weird for Sasuke to be able to use a jutsu his former mentor knew and he has interacted with all of the people who's jutsu Boruto has used. He would also know where the hideouts would be because he's been there. Short of Orochimaru saying they did (which would be cool), we can't say that it's definitive yet. I would love to see Orochimaru become relevant again, but I'm not getting my hopes up

We know that outside of orochimaru and tobirama the only other known user of the reincarnation jutsu is Kabuto and he might also be the best and since kabuto has been with orochimaru for years there is a good chance he taught him breakthrough. It would also make more sense if it was kabuto instead of orochimaru cause it would be easier to train there as orochimaru has yamato and a squad watching his every move.

The databooks aren’t meant to compare two characters between each other. Basically what I’m saying is you can’t use the databooks to compare Sasuke’s stats to Naruto’s or anyone else’s for that matter. The way the databooks are intended to be used are to compare a character’s old stats to their new ones. For example let’s say Sasuke’s ninjutsu stats were a 3.5 before his hand sign was a 3, and his speed a 3.5 the next databook might say between part one, and Shippuden that the previously mentioned stats got upgraded to a 4 that’s how it works. It’s supposed to show us as viewers how strong each character got between a certain span of time.

I've been a huge supporter of your theories, especially the Himawari one, just from a pure writing standpoint. And I'm glad thay was correct, but I don't know if this one is tbh. I know Orichimaru is "guarded" loosely, but it's so close to the village that I doubt it happened. I do think he could travel to another hideout, even without alerting Konoha to his disappearance, but i really don't see this theory holding water the way yours typically do. I think we'll see him and Kakashi soon, but although im not sure how he learned these jutsus yet, I know itll be explained eventually. Most likely in the newr future. But thanks for another fun video! I still enjoyed listening to it. The new lighting works for you. Just get some back light.

18:50 If an Edo Tensei is performed...how does that play into effect with omnipotence? Omnipotence is an ongoing world covering jutsu, but if you weren't there when it happened? Does Omnipotence effect the PureLands? Other planets? Time travelers? If they edo tensei'd Minato, wouldn't he be able to tell them , uh that's not how I remember things.
