You are the first person in a video that is correctly running two fuel filters, in the correct order and chose the correct Micron! Now i want you to look at "Improved Performance" one way fuel valve. Please check it out.

Solid bracket. Scuff it up and spray some underbody rubber coating on it. Appreciate the content, love the hatch.

Thank you!! I thought about getting it powder coated at some point, we'll see lol 🤣
@Mr.Wongburger3 жыл бұрын
@@Aisha_LadyBuilt of course the powder coat would be the strongest. I expect nothing less for this hatch though. I would do the undercoat and call it a day, but I'm cheap and my Eg isn't winning any shows 😭

You didn't mention what micron filter goes where. Anyhow the 100 micron goes between the fuel delivery from the tank to the pump and the 10 micron goes between the fuel pump exit and the injectors👍

Have you thought about adding a little plate or shield for the front of the pumps, to avoid any road debris kicking up and causing issues?
@Aisha_LadyBuilt3 жыл бұрын
I did think about it because I always overthink things lol, but it's tucked up higher than the actual floor of the car.

Have a question what is the purpose to having so many filters? Oem how many filters does the car have for the fuel system?
@Aisha_LadyBuilt3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for watching :) The purpose of the fuel filters is to catch any contaminants/debris from getting into the fuel pump and to the engine. So normally in a stock system there is a filter in the fuel tank before the fuel pump, and then there is a fuel filter normally in the engine bay before the fuel rail. I know it appears that I have excess fuel pumps, but I have one before the Bosch 044 fuel pump, there's one in the surge tank before the Hellcat/TI fuel pump, and then there's one fuel pump before the fuel rail, which is mounted underneath the car. So when you really think about it, a stock system with one fuel pump has two filters, and my system has two fuel pumps with three filters, so technically I don't have any excess fuel filters. Hope that explains what you were asking 😊

Hey did you mount the pump assembly lower then the fuel cell or about equal?
@Aisha_LadyBuilt3 жыл бұрын
Its right about at the bottom of the fuel cell. I din't want the bracket sitting too low, but I did want the fuel pump to be low so the fuel can flow easily from the cell to the pump.

How much you made with this fuel pump? What size injectors?

Hello Family nice to see your post once again. Hope you're doing well. I have a question on temps you had a solution to high temps I saw you came up with. The material that you used where did you get that from and the name? Thanks again Jah Bless!
@Aisha_LadyBuilt3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I'm well! I got the material from Summit Racing, and it's literally called "Plastic Sheeting". There are a few thicknesses and I honestly can't remember which one I got because I've had it for so long. I originally got it to make my cowl lol.
