Very interesting comparison, would also be interesting to compare genuine bosch 3ah vs 6ah.

Hope to at some point, I expect the results will be similar to the m12 test. Im curious how the 3 vs the 6 will perform on the drill dyno.

Thanks I’ve had my doubts on the quality of the cheap batteries on line.

would you do a comparison for all the cordless 3/8 crown stapler guns that are currently out. I have been getting quite a few jobs where I had to pull out stapler to attach insulation materials at the roof deck and I was comparing the Ryobi against the Milwaukee. The guy who was using the Ryobi kept complaining about the clip popping out every few shots or so. When I tested the tool myself, it happened less often so there's definitely some user error there. Milwaukee....it's slower, but it's quieter and drives them with confidence. The other one I know is the Ridgid that just came out not long ago.

Hopefully that will be next weekends video, still waiting on a few to come in. I have the Milwaukee and Ridgid that I ordered last week, waiting on Makita, Hart, Ryobi and WORX.

Very useful. Guess I have to spend more to get a safe battery that performs.

Yeah I would, the aftermarket packs have cheap cells and electronics.

great video I bought a knock off battery the batteries in there were inr18650-1500mah what are the best batteries to change them too? is it the samsung 3000 30Q? I bought them as the tool stands up on it own but would be nice to have the correct battery in there as I do have the welder to change them

I faced a problem with aliexpress cases for bosch 12v batteries, in the screwdriver such as gsb12v they work well, but in the sander gex12v they won't work, it's necessary to shorten 2 pins that are going out But in the oscillating tool nothing helps I check the original battery pcb, it's full with electronics, electronics, I think there're some mechanism that not let the tool work if it doesn't recognize a true bosch battery, any ideas?

Yeah I would say the tool needs to communicate with the pcb, but sadly all manufactures have a different way of doing it. I don't know how bosch is doing it, "Tool Scientist" would be the one to ask on this.

i'm searching information for BAT411 vs BAT414, the battery does not fit in BS330, notch is on + side (bat414 is on negative side) do you know why

as gd as the oem are i do not think its good as 5 aftermarket nor last as long. i'll prob buy 2 aftermarket just for its battery case so i can pack my own cells whn they die

I'm curious if the Bosch 18v batteries with cool pack 2.0 tech actually run cooler than other 18v packs at 15 amp load!
