I own a Bosch drill driver that has a torque from 1 to 20, and a drilling mode.
However, there is no hammer mode on this drill as this is not a hammer drill.
The higher the torque setting, the higher the torque.
For example, at torque setting 1, it has the lowest torque.
Torque settings can be used on task like screwing that do not need the drill's full torque.
The drilling mode is operate at maximum torque and speed. It is ideal for drilling softer surface like wood.
The video above demo how the drilling mode works on both soft surface (Wood) and hard surface (Concrete).
It is really difficult to use drilling mode on the Bosch drill to drill through the concrete.
However, with the help of hammer mode from another bosch rotary hammer drill, the drilling of concrete is an easy task.
