I've had Bosch appliances in the past, and had good experiences with them. I would buy one if I were younger, but as an older adult (who are you calling senior citizen?) I'm more about cooktops and wall ovens.

Is this Steve's daughter? She sounds just like him even the way she pauses when she says certain things. Good review. The oven capacity alone is a no go for me. I actually can't find any range that'll work for me, because i'm gonna have to overhaul the entire space that it's going into. The depth of the slide in ranges is totally different from what it was years ago, and i'm gonna have to remove a strip, a granite to accommodate one.

@@YaleAppliance1 It really is uncanny ;=) By the way...I am settling in on the GE Cafe Dual fuel vs the LG Dual fuel, I currently have dual fuel set up - I do not want to deal with all the electrical. But you were right, that granite strip behind my current thermador slide in will need to be removed - so stressful

Where we are, Samsung and LG do not have parts readily available nor do they have many - if any - certified technicians to work on them. Bosch is much better in that regard.

Replaced my Samsung flex duo range after just 3.5 years! The door wouldn't close all the way and after 3 service calls and replacing the door, it still didn't close fully without using magnets and the burner knobs on the front melted and peeled which then had to be replaced as well. Terrible experience.... Didn't have much luck with a Samsung Dishwasher either!
