OK I had same prob but I've fixed it..where the pod goes lift the pod holder there is a small barcode reader plastic long window where the cap peal sticks out...give it a wipe with damp cloth then dry..I do it now between cups..it works perfect..but that was after rummaging you tube for hour..Good lick

I had this problem & discovered you have to hold the button once the coffee comes out, the water will keep pouring. Just take your finger off when you’ve got enough.

peoples ...... this is esspresso ! look in encyclopedia what that means ! and this caffe pad is part 2 from 2 so schould You make first milk pad and it give You half or more cup of milk and next step is this pad with coffe *esspresso which give You a small shot of condensated caffe (really strong) and this is normal caffe in this capsule , not instant pro tip if u want bigger black coffe buy pods like "Morning coffe xxl" or "caffe crema " or "green Jacobs xxl "

That is a second pod. Not supposed to be a large amount of coffee, it's supposed to be an espresso shot! You add the milk pod first! The pod that says 1st on it and then use the second pod, the one that says 2nd. Then you have a full cup! :)

The point is that there is 80% coffee left!

@@pman151 it is not instant coffe there is pure ground coffee, coffee grounds should stay in the pod.

@@pman151 I would suggest that if you want to use ALL the coffee, buy instant. :) Filter coffee does not dissolve. The hot water is poured over it or in the case of the Tassimo, pushed through the pod to give you your coffee. The coffee ground is still in the pod and is disposed of, exactly the same principal as if the coffee was made in a filter coffee maker. Coffee ground from beans placed into top of coffee maker with filter paper, if required, and hot water poured or dripped onto the ground to get coffee into the jug at the bottom. Tassimo is just a smaller and quicker version of same process. There will always be stuff left in the pod for coffee. :)

Maybe try the milk first and then coffee. Make sure that the barcode scanner is clean and also the top as well. Hope you get/got it fixed!

Same problem here, but happens only when I am in my motorhome and using it on inverter. On shore power it is fine. Therefore,I suspect it is a electrical problem due to the utility network. I noticed that If I use it with the engine started it is fine on inverter, otherwise it makes same like yours.

Having the exact same problem but only with 1 model of pods i think at one time i stopped the brewing and it makes the exactly same issue....I yet don't know what to do

Can you help when I switch the machine on the light is on but it won't pour into the cup. Any suggestions there is water in it everything is fine it just won't pour

We had problems with Costa branded pods exploding milk everywhere. Occasionally I get the same problem where the coffee stays in the pod. The lid often jams shut when this happens
