The sound bell that tells you you are connected keeps going off over and over at times. I did the reset and maybe it got rid of that, but it won’t take a 12 hour charge, so I’d imagine it’s my battery. I’ve had it for many years, so looks like it’s time for a new battery. 👍

Thanks for taking the time making your video and sharing tips and techniques. Ya know I would think a company like Bose, that charges such HIGH dollar prices, would sell HIGH quality products. Like previously said, the battery connector was actually loose when we got ours brand new. And sadly, my family didn't use it much but the battery stopped holding much of a charge, maybe a year later of getting it. Now, it won't charge but it doesn't play even with it plugged in either.

I found the screw headers that match these screws and costed me only $9.50 at Amazon (Ares 31004). The one labeled TS15 works perfectly. I used it to open a speaker exactly like the one in the video.
